AAging Better’s in-home care services offer an alternative to assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or other adult care situations. Our experienced nurses, nurse’s aides, homemakers and caregivers provide up to 24-hour care, 7 days a week at some of the most affordable rates offered in North Idaho. From two hours a day, up to 24 hours-per-day, seniors and other individuals can remain in their own homes knowing that a well trained nurse’s aide (CNA) or nurse will be there to assist any time of day or night.
Our services cover all non-medical in-home needs for frail elderly individuals, as well as skilled nursing care for the severely ill of any age, disabled elderly, adult or pediatric individuals. We also provide respite care, companion care and personal care services of all types for Hospice and the state Area Agency on Aging’s Homemaker Program and Respite Program. These options provide the ability for seniors and the disabled to “age better” in their own homes and live independently in a safe, secure and familiar environment.
Our caregivers can provide help with all the everyday tasks of daily living like meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, bathing and assistance with dressing–and much more. And our nursing staff will provide virtually any skilled medical care needed in order to keep individuals safe and effective at home, regardless of the illness or disability. As a comprehensive in-home care agency, we can assist with just about any needs seniors or the disabled may have.
